The West had the lowest unemployment rates in the country in November, 2007

The National unemployment rate was 5.9% in November, 2007 compared to 5.8% in October.

Alberta and Saskatchewan again lead the country in the lowest unemployment rates at 3.6% and 4.0% respectively in November. The highest unemployment rates were in PEI at 11.2% and Newfoundland at 13.2% in November.
